Booking limitations

• Please note that we are unable to provide kimonos or yukatas for waist/hip measurements around 100cm.

• Staff can provide basic English service.
• A late fee of JPY 2,000 will be charged for returns exceeding the designated time.
• In the event that the kimono is stained, or has burn marks, tears, holes, or irreparable marks (such as those caused by oily pens), you may be held liable for compensation.
