• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults

Booking limitations

• Please note that we are unable to provide kimonos or yukatas for waist/hip measurements around 100cm.

• One adult is entitled to free admission for one child under the age of 2.
• Staff can provide basic English service.
• A late fee of JPY 2,000 will be charged for returns exceeding the designated time.
• In the event that the kimono is stained, or has burn marks, tears, holes, or irreparable marks (such as those caused by oily pens), you may be held liable for compensation.
• If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment without any prior contact, your appointment will be considered canceled.
• In the event of force majeure, such as epidemics or natural disasters, that may prevent travel, tourists may choose to change their itinerary dates or receive a full refund.
