- Seasonal limited activities such as flower viewing, maple leaf viewing, snow scenes, and fireworks displays are greatly affected by the climate, and the flowering period and peak of autumn leaves may be advanced or delayed. Even if the expected landscape is not reached, the trip will still depart normally and no refunds will be given.
- During Japanese national holidays and peak weekend travel times, there are often severe traffic jams or attractions closing early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinner for that evening, and to bring your own light snacks and power bank.
- Please arrive at the meeting point on time, as latecomers will not be accommodated, and joining midway is not permitted.
- We recommend wearing light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain trips.
- The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance, so it is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Travelers should carefully register based on their health conditions.
- Once the trip has commenced, if it is forcibly terminated due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fees will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the return trip or additional accommodation costs.
