• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Partial refund rules: 1. In the event of a force majeure event during the trip that leads to overtime, such as heavy rain, heavy snow, traffic jams, or traffic accidents, our company's driver-guide has the right to adjust, replace, or cancel scenic spot arrangements based on the time, without violating local road safety laws. 2. If the customer is late and causes overtime, the late customer shall pay the driver-guide on the spot according to the local overtime fee rules.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
