Cancellation made less than 12 days but at least 9 days before the selected activity date: 50% cancellation fee applies; 50% refund. Cancellation made less than 9 days before the selected activity date: 100% cancellation fee applies; no refund.
  • For bookings with a selected activity date from 01 October 2026 to 31 December 2026, the following cancellation policy applies: 100 % refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 32 before the selected activity date. Contact Klook customer service for any refunds
