• Regarding vehicle and guide information: The supplier will notify you of the tour meeting time, guide information, and vehicle license plate number via email by 9:00 PM Japan time the day before departure. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder first. If you still have not received it, please contact the supplier promptly. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the most recent one.
• [Regarding Luggage Allowance] Each person is allowed one free piece of luggage. For each additional piece, a fee of ¥2,000/piece is payable to the driver/guide on the spot. Please be sure to indicate this in the order notes. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver/guide reserves the right to refuse you boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.

The above vehicles are for reference only and will be adjusted according to the number of people in the tour group on the day.
• [Regarding End Time] Due to the long journey, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. We advise you to avoid scheduling other activities on the day the tour ends. The supplier will not be liable for any losses incurred due to delays.
• [Regarding Meeting Locations] Please be sure to confirm the meeting location before departure. Once the meeting location is confirmed, please do not change it at the last minute. If you are unable to board the bus due to a change in the meeting location for personal reasons, a refund will not be possible.
