• Women more than 6 months pregnant should consult with their doctor before booking this experience
• Passengers must sign a declaration of indemnity prior to departure
• Passengers are requested to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure time for a safety briefing and completion of administrative forms
• Flight time and routes are approximate and are subject to the discretion of the pilot. Every effort will be made to adhere to the listed program
• Any additional timing flown at the request of the client will be charged on a pro-rated basis
• Heliservices requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel your booking, otherwise, thereservation fee will be forfeited

• Heliservice will not operate the flight during rainstorms (Amber/ Red/ Black rainstorm) or Typhoon Signal #8 or above. The client can decide to reschedule or refund when merchant inform that the flight has to be cancelled due to the inclement weather
