- Each passenger may bring one carry-on item free of charge. The size limit for carry-on baggage is 16 x 14 x 6 inches, and the weight limit is 5 kg or less. - In the event of a lost ticket, Asia Pacific Airlines will charge a handling fee of HKD/MOP/RMB 500 for ticket replacement.
- Asia Pacific Airlines reserves the right to refuse boarding to any passenger whose behavior poses any danger or potential danger to other passengers of Asia Pacific Airlines, or to the company's employees or property (including but not limited to impairment and disorientation due to alcohol or drugs).
- Passengers should note that under the Warsaw Convention or the Montreal Convention, in most cases, the shipping company has limited liability only with respect to death or personal injury to passengers and loss of or damage to baggage.

- Conditions of Carriage and Regulations constitute the agreement between the operator, Asia Pacific Airlines Limited (“Asia Pacific Airlines”), and the passenger.

- This ticket is valid only for the passenger whose name is displayed on the ticket. This ticket is non-transferable and may not be altered. Any transferred or altered ticket will be considered void.
- Helicopter tickets are valid only for the date and time specified on the ticket. Except in cases caused by Asia Pacific Airlines, no refunds will be issued to passengers who miss their flight.
- Passengers who miss their flight may request to fly standby on a later flight that day (excluding charter service passengers). Standby seating will be arranged by Asia Pacific Airlines, but Asia Pacific Airlines reserves the right to make the final decision.
