• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Participants aged 3-11 are considered children, based on their official ID
• Children under 3 years old are considered infants, based on their official ID
• Age restriction and flying with infants: For infants below age 1, please consult a general practitioner prior to travel, as elevation changes can cause ear discomfort

Additional information

• Weather dependent: Advertised times away, flight and landing times are approximate and can be subject to weather conditions. On occasion, flight paths and landing locations may change at the pilot’s discretion
• Weight restriction: Accurate individual weights are required at the time of booking. Any significant discrepancies may result in changes to the flight manifest or additional charges
• Seating configuration: Seating is arranged to ensure the safety and balance of the aircraft. Seats are assigned based on weight and balance requirements, and we are unable to guarantee specific seating positions
• Seating & window seats: This is depending on passenger group size and helicopter weight distribution. The operator encourages passengers to swap seats at landing stops so everyone gets a turn at the window
• The operator reserves the right to merge flights for operational reasons or flight management purposes if required
• Participants are required to contact the operator one hour prior to their scheduled departure time for a weather check
• Participants would have typically 10-15 minutes at each landing site, and all landing are dependent on weather conditions

Accessibility:

• Individuals who require accessibility support is advised to contact the operator when booking or as early as possible for any necessary arrangements to be made
• The operator has custom-designed, aviation-compatible wheelchairs available to help with safe boarding and disembarking. Their staff is trained to assist onsite
