  • The voucher is valid for 270 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day

  • Once activated by using any ticket, the pass is valid for 7 consecutive days or until the stated expiry date (whichever comes first).

  • Note: If you purchase multiple passes in the same booking, using one of them will activate all passes.

How to redeem

  • You will receive a PDF file in the mailbox after booking, please show the QR-Code at the facility during the visit, or present the ticket
  • Ticket Validity Period: From the purchase date until 270 days after purchase.
