• A rail pass user must be holding a passport issued by a foreign government

• A rail pass user must be entering Japan as a "Temporary Visitor". "Temporary Visitor" is a status of residence defined under Japanese immigration law

• The voucher is valid for 270 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day

• Note: If you purchase multiple passes in the same booking, using one of them will activate all passes.

• Once activated by using any ticket, the pass is valid for 7 consecutive days or until the stated expiry date (whichever comes first).

• [JR Pass]: The voucher is valid for 90 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 the day after the last day

• Present your mobile voucher
• After booking, you will receive two PDF files (containing two electronic vouchers) in their email. Please present the QR codes at the facility on the day of the visit to redeem your tickets

• Change in the reserved seating frequency from "6 times" to "unlimited."
• 1. A confirmation email will be sent to the appointed email address once the booking is made
• 2.Please go to the green ticket-vending machines and pick up physical tickets by scanning the QR code of e-ticket and non-Japanese passport. (Operation menus of the machine can be displayed in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or Korean.)
