Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

• [Have Fun Pass]: The voucher is valid from 1 March 2025 and remains valid for 270 days from the selected date (Please visit all facilities in a week within the validity period)

• Once activated by using any ticket, the pass is valid for 7 consecutive days or until the stated expiry date (whichever comes first).

• Note: If you purchase multiple passes in the same booking, using one of them will activate all passes.

How to redeem

• Please show the QR Code at the facility during the visit, or present the ticket
• Tickets are valid for 90-Days from the specified date (EX: Tickets Purchased Specified Date on 7/1→ Ticket Validity Period: 7/1~9/28)
• Ticket Validity Period: After scanning the code at the first facility, it is valid for 7-Days (EX: If you start to use it on 7/1 → validity period: 7/1~7/7)
• When the ticket has been used, the 7-day validity period will not exceed the 90-day validity period of the ticket itself (EX: Ticket Period: 7/19/28, if the ticket starts on 9/27, The valid time is: 9/279/28)

• 1. A confirmation email will be sent to the appointed email address once the booking is made
• 2. Please go to the green ticket-vending machines and pick up the physical ticket by scanning the QR code of the e-ticket and non-Japanese passport. (Operation menus of the machine can be displayed in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or Korean.)

• ※If the machine breaks down or the passport have no IC chip, please proceed to JR-WEST Ticket Office to exchange physical ticket
• 3. Then, the physical pass is successfully redeemed
• 4. Exchanging reserved seat tickets: before getting on the train, please go to the green ticket-vending machines and pick up physical reserved seat tickets by the area pass
