• Free for children aged 0-5

• Children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• A discounted ticket will be offered to Swiss travel pass and Swiss Half Fare Card holders (adults aged 16 and above) with a valid ID must be presented at the station

• Customers that book tickets with STP/ SHFC reduced rate without a valid Pass shall be fined on the train

• There is no luggage storage facility at the venue

• This activity is pushchair and wheelchair-accessible (foldable if possible)

• A wheelchair must be pre-notified by phone at the Harderbahn valley station. Outside the station, wheelchair access will be provided. For this reason, the train makes a brief stop at the goods transfer station

• Each funicular can accommodate a maximum of 2 wheelchairs

• Stairs provide access to the funicular (which may be challenging for visitors with walking difficulties)

• The route from the top station to the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. The restaurant may be reached by a stair lift

• The funicular can get crowded during peak season, waiting time must be expected
