Eligibility

• Adult ticket applies to: One person with a height of 140cm (inclusive) or above.
• Not suitable for: Passengers with cardiovascular diseases (heart disease, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, etc.), fear of heights, pregnant women, intoxicated individuals, people with mental illness, those with mobility issues, and those feeling unwell should not ride.

Booking limitations

Note: Contact and traveler numbers must be mainland China (+86) 11-digit mobile phone numbers.

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.

• If you cancel the booking between booking confirmation to 0 day(s) before participation time, a 0% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking after participation time, 0% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking 29 day(s) after participation time or later, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Tickets can only be booked for orders departing within 7 days from today. Orders exceeding 7 days cannot be ticketed at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

• Each valid ID or contact phone number is limited to 5 purchases per usage date.
• Entry is permitted only during the time slot selected at the time of purchase. Tickets are not valid outside of the specified time slot.
• Any losses incurred due to a visitor missing their scheduled Ferris wheel ride time as a result of personal reasons will be the sole responsibility of the visitor.
• Project facilities undergo regular daily, weekly, and annual inspections. Related maintenance work may cause delays or temporary closures. Please refer to on-site announcements for details. You can follow the "Shenzhen OCT Bay" WeChat official account for updates.
• E-tickets have the same rights and benefits as tickets purchased at the ticket window, but are not valid for separately charged items within the scenic area; please refer to park announcements for charged items.
• After purchasing your ticket, please proceed through security to enter the platform. As a general rule, each Ferris wheel cabin is limited to 5 people. Please cooperate with staff on-site and enter the designated cars in order to avoid uneven weight distribution on the equipment.
• This attraction offers self-service lockers and temporary stroller parking. Before boarding, please store your luggage and strollers in the designated areas. Do not bring these items onto the Ferris wheel.
• There are no restrooms on the Ferris wheel. Please plan accordingly.
• During the ride, smoking, jumping, running, and playing are strictly prohibited in the car. Do not hit the glass, throw debris, lean against the door, or pry the door open. In non-emergency situations, do not touch or use the intercom button inside the car, or move the fire-fighting equipment. Smoking, drinking, jumping, running, and littering are strictly prohibited in the car. Leaning against doors and windows is strictly prohibited.
• Individuals with cardiovascular conditions (such as heart disease, hypertension, or hypotension), acrophobia, pregnant women, intoxicated individuals, those with mental health conditions, individuals with mobility impairments, and those feeling unwell should not ride.
• Individuals over 70 years of age are advised against riding the Ferris wheel. Should they insist on riding, they must present a signed "Letter of Commitment" and be accompanied by an adult under 65 years of age (excluding those 65 years old). Only then will they be allowed to purchase a ticket and ride.
• When entering the gate, seniors purchasing senior tickets must present their "Letter of Commitment," valid ID, and ticket for on-site verification by the gate attendant.

• To change your booking details, please cancel your original booking and make a new one

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

• To change your entry date or park, please cancel your original order and re-book. Please use the Klook App to cancel your order. If the "Cancel" button does not appear on the page or if you encounter any issues, please contact Klook Customer Service for assistance. Please note that only unused, valid tickets are refundable.
