Opening hours are 10:00-19:00 on weekdays and holidays. Holidays are defined as Saturdays, Sundays, make-up holidays, national holidays, and consecutive holidays.

There is no time limit on weekdays or holidays. Please show your wristband for identification when entering and exiting the venue. Tickets are for single-person use only. Once children and parents are confirmed, they cannot take turns.

This venue is suitable for children ages 2-12 (excluding accompanying parents).

Children under 3 years old must be accompanied by a guardian (must be 18 years or older or the child's guardian) when entering the museum. Please do not let children out of your sight. (Children and Youth Welfare and Rights Protection Act, Chapter 4, Protection Measures, Article 51)

Children must present their Disability Identification Card to enter, and parents must accompany and care for them throughout the visit. (Article 59 of the Protection of Rights and Interests of Persons with Disabilities Act)

To maintain public health and safety, children experiencing physical discomfort such as fever (forehead temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius), vomiting, infectious diseases, or special medical conditions should not enter public areas. Our company reserves the right to refuse sale or entry. Parents are requested to cooperate in safeguarding the physical and mental well-being of every child.

Please safeguard your personal belongings. Our company is not liable for the safekeeping or compensation of any lost or stolen items.

Before entering, please remove any sharp objects, fragile items, or items that may easily fall off (such as hats, glasses, hair clips, pins, watches, or necklaces) to prevent injury or loss. Please also ensure your nails are trimmed.

This venue is covered by Public Accident Liability Insurance. The insurance company reserves the right to deny claims for injuries caused by human factors or self-inflicted causes.

Those who violate the relevant regulations within these rules and fail to improve after being advised may be asked to leave the premises by staff at any time in order to maintain public safety, interests, and quality of use.
