Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Business hours on weekdays and holidays are from 10:00 to 19:00. Holidays are defined as Saturdays, Sundays, compensatory holidays, national holidays, and consecutive holidays.

No time limit on weekdays or holidays. Please present your wristband for identification when entering and exiting the venue. All tickets are for single-person use. Children and parents, once confirmed, cannot be interchanged.

This museum is suitable for children aged 2 to 12 (excluding those accompanied by parents).

Children under 3 years old must be accompanied by a guardian (who must be 18 years old or older, or the child's legal guardian) to enter the museum. Please do not let your child out of your sight. (Article 51, Chapter 4, Protection Measures, Children and Youth Welfare and Rights Protection Act)

Children with disabilities may enter with their disability handbook, and parents must accompany and care for them throughout the visit. (Article 59 of the People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act)

This museum has a capacity control limit. If the number of visitors is exceeded, please wait patiently and admission will be granted according to the on-site waiting procedure.

This museum only provides the venue. Please observe the rules of the museum. Our company will not be responsible for any injuries caused by not following the rules or improper use of play equipment.

Some facilities must be used according to their opening hours and related restrictions.

Some facilities are not suitable for individuals with high blood pressure, back conditions (such as neck or spinal injuries), poor health, those under medication, or those with cardiovascular diseases.

To maintain safety and hygiene within the museum, both adults and children must wear non-slip socks.

No eating or drinking is allowed inside the venue. If beverages or food are found inside (excluding mineral water), they will be moved outside the venue.

If there are acts such as defecation, urination, or vomiting in the museum, a cleaning fee of TWD 500 will be charged.

To maintain public health and safety, if children are unwell with symptoms such as fever (forehead temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius), vomiting, infectious diseases, or special medical conditions, please do not enter public places. Our company reserves the right to refuse sales or entry. Parents are requested to collectively ensure the physical and mental safety of every child.

Please take good care of your personal belongings. The company is not responsible for their safekeeping or compensation if they are lost or stolen.

Before entering the museum, please remove any sharp objects, fragile items, or easily dropped items (such as hats, glasses, hair clips, pins, watches, or necklaces) to avoid injury or loss, and remember to trim your nails.

This museum is covered by "Public Liability Insurance." In the event of injury caused by human factors or personal reasons, the insurance company reserves the right to deny compensation.

Those who violate the relevant regulations in these rules and do not improve after being advised, for the sake of public safety, interests, and quality of use, staff members may ask them to leave at any time.
