• It is recommended to make your body more familiar with the low-oxygen and low-pressure environment of the mountain, as well as the pace rhythm of the uphill.
• Before signing up, please make sure that you are in good health condition and suitable for hiking. Please do not sign up for those with heart disease, acrophobia, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or are too young to complete the itinerary alone.
