This product is intended for customers aged 12 and above (junior high school students and older)
On Hanshin Railway, passengers aged 6 to under 12 (elementary school students) are required to pay a fare
For The Museum of Hanshin Koshien Stadium, children aged 4 to 12 (elementary school students) are required to purchase a separate child ticket in advance via the official ticket website. For details, please refer to each official website

The “Adult” ticket applies to ages 12 and above
Children who are 12 years old but still enrolled in elementary school are treated as children
Up to 4 tickets can be reserved at once; however, all users must travel together as one group. Separate use is not permitted
If individual use is desired, please make separate reservations
Important Notes
The digital ticket cannot be used in combination with other tickets or IC cards. Fare adjustment machines are also not available
Please use the ticket gates compatible with QR codes when boarding
For refunds before use, please contact the travel agency or other place of purchase. Refunds are not possible once the “Start Using” button has been pressed
The railway operator (service provider) may suspend or discontinue all or part of the services available with this digital ticket without prior notice to customers due to disasters or other reasons
Even after use has started, the railway operator (service provider) may provide refunds or other handling of the digital ticket if deemed necessary
