• You can exchange the QR code at Chapa Express counter in 2nd floor of the main hall, Gate 2B - Ha Noi Railway Station

• Once you arrive at the Lao Cai station, the train staff will guide you to shuttle bus

• Please be at Hanoi train station 45minutes before your departure. It is easy to look for the Chapa Express Train meeting point with the sign in front of gate 2B (take an escalator inside the main hall to the 2nd floor) & my staff will take you to your cabin.
