• A minivan will transport customers from the Old Quarter office to the Sleeper Bus Station at 76 Hong Tien.
• Due to traffic, weather conditions, peak hours, waiting time for customers to reach the bus,... in both Hanoi and Sapa, the minivan pick-up may be delayed by 15-30 minutes.
• Since the minivan must collect passengers from multiple hotels, the actual pick-up time may vary. As a result, the sleeper bus may also depart 15–30 minutes later than scheduled. Thank you for your understanding.
• After you arrive at the bus station at 76 Hong Tiến or 70 Nguyễn Hữu Huân, please kindly contact our staff to check in and receive your luggage tag. Your assigned seat number will be shown on the luggage tag.
