• For booking pick-up from Noi Bai International Airport, our operator will contact you in advance to arrange pick-up. You will be transferred by 4 -seater sedan or 7-seater SUV/MPV from Noi Bai International Airport to departure location in Ha Noi Old Town

• If your flight is changed or delayed, please inform operator at least 6 hour before your pick-up time so that operator can arrange new car
