• Partial refunds are not available; bookings can be made for up to 4 people, but all members must travel together at all times, so please make separate reservations if you wish to travel separately, and a smartphone with a camera and internet connection is required as feature phones are not supported.
• Hankyu Takarazuka Line 1-Day Pass: The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase; however, passes purchased on or after February 1, 2027 will expire on April 30, 2027. The digital ticket cannot be used with other tickets or IC cards, and fare adjustment machines are not available. Please use a QR code-compatible ticket gate. Refund requests must be made through the original travel agency or place of purchase. The railway operator may suspend or interrupt all or part of the service without prior notice due to natural disasters or other circumstances and may issue a refund through the ticket service even after use has started if deemed necessary. If your purchase information cannot be verified due to device malfunction, a dead battery, or other reasons, you must pay the standard fare separately. The tour may be canceled due to severe weather. Please inform us in advance of any food allergies.
