• Children aged 1-14 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• Please be noted: A surcharge of VND 30,000/pax will apply if your participation date is on public holiday, payable onsite

• Klook recommendation: The Dragon Bridge Fire Show in Da Nang is only available on weekends (Friday–Sunday) and can be viewed exclusively when selecting the 8:00 PM time slot. The show is not available at other times—please keep this in mind when booking.

• According to port regulations, customers are required to complete their booking before arriving at the port. Any bookings made directly at the port will be non- refundable.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
