It is not advisable to soak in hot springs for a long time, otherwise, symptoms such as chest tightness, thirst, and dizziness may occur.
Pregnant women, severe patients with cancer or high blood pressure, and those with heart disease, diabetes, leukemia, tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases, mental illness, infectious skin diseases, as well as excessive drinkers, are not permitted to soak in hot springs.
Swimsuit required.
Avoid hot springs on an empty stomach, after meals, or after drinking alcohol. There should be at least an hour's interval between eating and soaking in hot springs.
Do not soak in hot springs for more than 15 minutes at a time, and replenish water promptly.
