Eligibility

• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• *Hozugawa River Boat Ride:
• Children under elementary school age (not occupy separate seats) can join for free, but no seats will be provided. If a seat is required, please book the "Child" unit
• Regardless of age, participants over 80 cm tall must pay an additional fee on-site to board the Hozugawa River Boat Ride. Those who are below 80 cm in height are not permitted to board the boat
• If you belong to any of the aforementioned categories, you may not be allowed to board the boat even if you show up. Therefore, kindly reach out to the customer service beforehand

Additional information

• Regardless of the number of participants, the tour is guaranteed to operate. However, if the Sagano Romantic Train is suspended, the entire tour will be canceled and a full refund will be provided.
• If the Hozugawa River Boat Ride is canceled due to flooding, the free time in Arashiyama will be extended. However, the tour’s start and end times will remain unchanged. The boat ride fee will be refunded directly at the local office on the day of the tour.
• We recommend checking the latest operation status on the official Hozugawa River Boat Tour website by 08:30 (local time) on the day before the tour, as well as on the morning of the departure day.official website：
• Please note that cancellations or refund requests due to the suspension of the boat ride or any other reasons will not be accepted after 09:00 (local time) on the day before the tour.
• Before dissolution of each attractions, the tour guide will show the meeting time on the prompt board. Please make sure to confirm and return to the bus on time.
• Boarding tickets are also proof tickets for major attractions. Please keep them properly until the tour end. Once lost, no replacement ticket is available.
• The tour guide can only provide commentary and service in Japanese, and the tour will be shared with Japanese tourists ( S course).

What to wear
