Eligibility

• Free Ticket Policy: Children under 1.2 meters in height (not including 1.2 meters) can enter the park free of charge. Each free-ticket child must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket and has the ability to provide safety supervision. Each ticketed adult can only bring one free-ticket child.
• Single ticket: Applicable to all groups
• Discounted (special offer) tickets are applicable to:
• 1. Elderly: People aged 60 or above (with valid ID)
• 2. Persons with disabilities: Persons with disabilities holding disability certificates of various levels issued by the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and disability certificates issued by disabled persons' federations in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and foreign countries.
• 3. Military personnel: Active military personnel (valid documents are limited to officer's certificate, civilian cadre's certificate, non-commissioned officer's certificate, soldier's certificate, and armed police officer's certificate)
• 4. Firefighters: On-duty, retired, disabled fire and rescue personnel, or students of fire and rescue academies, must hold a valid firefighter certificate or fire work permit.
• To ensure the safety of visitors, children under 1.5m, disabled people, and seniors over 60 years old need to be accompanied by at least one adult when entering the park.

Booking limitations

• When purchasing this product, you need to place an order with your real name and ID card. One order is limited to 10 tickets. If you need more tickets, please change the traveler information and place an order
• If the child does not have the original ID card, please fill in the ID card of the accompanying adult and enter the park with the adult.
• Please ensure that the ID information of the player/user is accurate, true and complete when making a reservation. If the information submitted is false or erroneous, resulting in failure to verify the use, admission or any losses, the user shall bear the responsibility.

• Please do not bring boys over 1.1 meters tall into the women's locker room. Girls over 1.1 meters tall are also not allowed into the men's locker room. Photography is prohibited in the locker room.
• There are height, weight, age, companionship, and health requirements for the project experience. Please choose to play according to the content on the park's public sign
• Anyone with high blood pressure, heart disease, ringworm, skin disease, epilepsy, hepatitis, severe trachoma, acute conjunctivitis, otitis media, mental illness, intestinal infectious diseases, asthma, fracture or joint dislocation history, alcoholics, allergic people, drinkers, pregnant women, and those who are medically determined to be unsuitable for strenuous exercise or water sports are not allowed to enter the water world.
• For safety reasons, Water World may refuse to allow any handbags, backpacks, convenience bags, jewelry, glasses, hairpins and other items to be brought into the equipment play area. Please store them properly by yourselves; visitors are prohibited from bringing mobile phones, necklaces, rings, earrings, ear studs and other metal jewelry and sharp objects into the slide facilities. In order to keep the water clean, swimsuits and slippers/wading shoes must be worn to enter the park to experience the park; visitors can bring their own swimsuits, swimming trunks, towels, slippers, bath towels and toiletries, or they can buy them in the park

• To ensure the safety of you and other tourists, please take the initiative to accept the security check and do not bring inflammable, explosive and other dangerous goods and national controlled equipment into the park. All take-out food, beverages, drinking water, including but not limited to the above items (except infant food) and other items that staff believe pose a safety hazard are not allowed into the park.
• To ensure safety, the park may adjust the opening and closing hours, project opening conditions and times due to abnormal weather, special events, visitor saturation, equipment maintenance and other force majeure factors. Please refer to the actual announcement on the day of the visit.
• All amusement rides will be regularly inspected daily, weekly and annually. The related maintenance work may cause some amusement rides to be delayed or temporarily closed. Please refer to the on-site announcement for details. Please understand.

How to redeem

• How to enter the park: Please use the ticket code to exchange for a paper ticket at the Guangzhou Sunac Water Park self-service ticket machine or ticket office before entering the park, or enter the park without exchanging tickets by using the electronic QR code. Admission will be stopped 1 hour before closing time.

• After purchasing this card, it must be activated in person at the Sunac Water World Ticket Center within 10 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date). If not activated by the deadline, this card will be automatically activated 10 days after the date of purchase (including the purchase date). Failure to collect the card by the deadline will be considered an automatic forfeiture, with no refunds or changes.

How to redeem

• Address for binding the card: Guangzhou Sunac Water World Annual Pass Center. You must present the card purchase serial number and the original ID card of the player to activate the card (enter facial recognition information to lock the player)
• After purchasing this card, it must be activated in person at the Sunac Water World Ticket Center within 10 days from the date of purchase (including the purchase date). If not activated by the deadline, this card will be automatically activated 10 days after the date of purchase (including the purchase date). Failure to collect the card by the deadline will be considered an automatic forfeiture, with no refunds or changes.
• This card is valid for use from the activation date (including the activation day) until June 30, 2026. Please use it within the validity period, as it will automatically become invalid if overdue. After purchase, please go to the Sunac Water World Ticket Center to activate it on-site with the card purchase serial code and original ID card, and enter facial recognition information to lock it for one person's use. Failure to claim or use it by the expiration date will be considered an automatic waiver of the card's benefits.

• Individuals with conditions such as hypertension, heart disease, tinea, skin diseases, epilepsy, hepatitis, severe trachoma, acute conjunctivitis, otitis media, mental illness, intestinal infectious diseases, asthma, a history of fractures or joint dislocations, alcoholism, allergies, those who have consumed alcohol, pregnant women, and those medically determined to be unfit for strenuous exercise or water activities are not permitted to enter the Water World.
• For safety reasons, Water World reserves the right to refuse entry to equipment play areas for any handbags, backpacks, tote bags, jewelry, glasses, hair clips, and other items. Please store your belongings carefully. Visitors are prohibited from bringing mobile phones, necklaces, rings, earrings, studs, and other metal ornaments, as well as sharp objects, into the slide facilities. To maintain water quality, swimwear and slippers/water shoes are required for all park attractions. Visitors may bring their own swimwear, swimming trunks, towels, slippers, bath towels, and toiletries, or purchase them within the park.
