Guangzhou Snow Miracle provides complimentary ski suits, ski boots, helmets, skis, ski poles (only for twin-tip skis), lockers (including wristbands), and snow cards without requiring a deposit. Any damage or loss will be compensated according to the prices posted at the snow park.
Once inside the ski resort, please keep your ski pass safe and carry it with you at all times. You will need your ski pass to obtain and return equipment. The ski pass will be collected when you leave the ski resort.
[Important Information]
With the Snow Card, you can choose to collect either snowboard or ski equipment. Once collected, changes are not supported.
Please keep your ticket pick-up code safe and do not disclose it to others. Disclosure or loss of the pick-up code will result in the inability to enter the ski resort, and a new ticket will need to be purchased. After taking out the ski pass, please keep it properly. If tourists are unable to enter the ski resort and play normally due to loss or damage, they will need to purchase another ticket. During the visit, please keep your ticket with you at all times and cooperate by showing your ticket when the staff checks it.
Transportation Guide: To get to Guangzhou Snow World, you can drive or take a taxi and navigate to Sunac Mall, Huadu District, Guangzhou. For subway access, take Guangzhou Metro Line 3 to [Airport North Station] or Line 9 to [Guangzhou North Station], then transfer to Guangzhou East Ring Intercity Railway to [Huacheng Street Station], Exit D, to reach Sunac Mall.
