Eligibility

• 12 years old and below must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated paying adult at all times
• 3.5 feet and above - paying guest , and will be given the Gootopia Scorecard in order to play all games and claim our slime kit
• 3.4 feet and below - Free of Charge (FOC) but with paying adult (guardian) is required. No score card and no slime kit will be given for the FOC). However, FOC can play their guardians' games if the guardian assists the kids and can claim the slime kit on behalf of their guardian
• Playable for kids 3.5 feet and below with guardian assistance: Slime face, Goonado, Goo Catcher, Slime Spy, Goozooka, and Balloon Blaster
• Not playable for kids below 3.5 feet: Boom Boxer, Goolectic Challenge, Slime Tower

Additional information

• Late goers are subjected to PHP 100 Late Fee per person and can only be accommodated upon slot availability
• This is a 1-hour tour and guests are required to come at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time. Guests scheduled by 10:00am has 10 minutes grace period and won’t be charged late
• All patrons must sign a waiver form before you enter Gootopia. The activities, exhibits, and/or equipment at Gootopia may require a certain degree of skill, ability, and physical condition. Injuries may occur if not cautious. In signing the waiver form, you expressly accept this risk of injury to yourself, your friends, and families
• Gootopia bars individuals under the influence of alcohol, medication, or drugs from entering or participating on the premises
• Some attractions or activities may also be up for maintenance which would not be grounds for refunds
• Please be aware that slimes inside are not edible. Please inform our staff of ANY allergies you may have, especially tree-nut, peanut, milk, egg, soy, fruit, and wheat allergies. Some slimes may require the individual with allergies to avoid the activities entirely

Amendment policy

• All tickets/reservations can be rescheduled 3 days prior of visit and the new schedule should be within the month of reservation only. This is subject to a rescheduling fee of Php200 per head
• In the event of severe weather conditions, no refunds will be given but Gootopia will provide free rescheduling to all guests within 1 month of the booked date

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

• The voucher is not valid on holidays
