Eligibility

• Children under 14 years of age shall be accompanied by an adult
• Children must be able to sit upright unassisted or on an adult’s lap
• Free for children aged 0-1

Booking limitations

• Shared ride applies to 6 passengers in one boat, Boarding and seating according to the instructions of the on-site staff

Additional information

• Guests must remain seated during the ride. Keep hands, arms, and feet inside the gondola at all times and refrain from dropping any items into the water
• Once the booking is successfully confirmed, no cancellation and refund will be provided
• Unused tickets will not be refunded

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• First ride starts at 11:30
• Last ride departs 15 mins prior to closing of canal
