• Participants must be aged 12+ to participate in this activity

• Children aged 12-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• If you are aged 45+ and partake/have partaken in pipe smoking or heavy alcohol intake, you need a medical waiver

• You must be a minimum of 150 cm and a maximum of 200 cm in height and weigh between 45 and 120 kilos

• Participants must be aged under 69 to take part in this activity

• Seniors aged 60+ should present a medical certificate before participating

• Group size: 1-6 participant(s)

• Participants must be ready to wear a dry suit tight at the neck to protect your body from the cold water
