• Note that you will need to stand for the duration of the flight
• The operator's policy states that if you are over 12 weeks pregnant, you cannot fly

• This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible

• Pick up time: 15-45 minutes prior to the meet up time, depending on your pick up location
• The operator can pick you up from most hotels on the Gold Coast; please contact the operator for the exact pick-up time after you have made a booking
• However, anywhere South of Broadbeach or North Labrador, you will need to meet the operator at the Mercure Gold Coast Resort, Palm Meadows Drive, Carrara, or any of the main hotels within the transfer zone

• How to get there: 7-minute driving distance by car from The Oasis

• Meet up time: Between 03:30-05:00 (varies seasonally)

• The operator will reconfirm with you the boarding pass, pick-up time, and location 1 day before

• You can also meet the operator in Broadbeach, particularly if you are staying at a residence in Coolangatta, Mermaid Beach, or Burleigh Heads, but please contact the operator to confirm the exact meet-up location and time

• The bus will pick you up along the coast at The Star Casino at Broadbeach; the parking lot is well lit and a safe place to meet the operator. The bus will depart from the coast for the Gold Coast Hinterland, and you can get on with the operator, leaving your vehicle there and returning around 10:00; the time may change seasonally

• Please park in the underground garage, which is free, and then proceed up the stairs to reception. There is only one area, and you sit on the couches until the operator bus arrives

• Parking at The Star Casino Gold Coast requires a fee
