  • Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
  • Children aged 0-2 may enter some attractions for free while some attractions might charge tickets for them. Please check with the attractions directly in advance. You may refer to the digital guide that comes with your pass for more information

  • There is no luggage storage facility at the venue

  • Once you activate a pass, it can only be used by that individual. Passes cannot be re-sold or used by more than one person

  • Please note that the number of attractions is subject to change due to the temporary attraction closure

  • Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Usage validity

  • The voucher is valid for 365 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day

  • The New York Essentials Pass will be activated on your first visit to any attraction. Once it is activated, you’ll then have up to 30 days to visit the rest of the attractions

How to redeem

  • Present your mobile voucher

  • Enter the venue directly with your voucher

  • Activate your pass by visiting your first attraction

  • Redeemed pass(es) are non-transferable
