You can view the voucher by logging into the Klook app/site, tapping on 'Account', then 'Booking' and then 'View voucher'.

If you cannot present the voucher to the local staff on your smartphone or other device on the day, you will not be able to use the voucher.

Please note that the URL to display the voucher must be presented on a device such as a smartphone that can connect to the internet, and may not be accessible in locations without a WiFi environment.

To enter the facility, the electronic voucher must be operated by facility staff. Please note that if you do this incorrectly, your ticket will become invalid and you will not be able to enter.
