• Visit Batu Caves for a photo stop

• Drop at Awana cable car station for a cable car ride to Genting Skyworlds Theme Park

• 16:30 Return Cable Car Ride & Meet the driver guide at the Awana Cable Car Station

• Return to Kuala Lumpur

• 18:00 Hotel drop off

• Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

• Only original and valid Tickets will be recognized at the entrances. Entry will be denied if your ticket is damaged, torn, duplicated, photocopied, or forged. Theme park operators reserve their right to take action against any person holding tickets suspected to be obtained by fraud or illegally

• Each ticket is only valid for the date and time specified on the ticket. Please scan the QR code on your ticket to enter or re-enter the Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park, and please ensure your biometrics is duly registered. Handstamps for re-entry are only available if your biometrics cannot be registered due to health or other acceptable reasons

• Keep your ticket with you at all times. You are required to provide your ticket upon request

• Please refer to the official safety guidelines before visiting

• Arranged pickup outside of Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Bukit Bintang area will incur applicable charges: Sunway / Damansara / Petaling Jaya: RM 30/pax/per way or Putrajaya / Cyberjaya / Shah Alam: RM 40/pax/per way

• Minimum of 2 pax per booking is required for this activity

• Due to the Thaipusam Festival, please be informed that the Batu Caves visit from 30th January to 2nd February 2026 will be replaced with a visit to Sri Maha Mariamman Temple

• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 72 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

• Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket

• The customer needs to present the ticket QR code at Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park ticketing counter to exchange the admission ticket

• Customer is to scan the admission ticket and link to Genting SkyWorlds App and scan at the turnstile, register biometric before entering to the park

• Customer is only able to book the VQ Reservation once you link your admission ticket into Genting SkyWorlds App on your visit date

• For customers that do not download the Genting SkyWorlds App, you MUST retain your admission ticket for re-entry to the park

• Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance

• This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible

• Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick up time

• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
