Oversized baggage can be stored at the Baggage Storage Service at Level 2 of the Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car Station building for MYR 20, MYR 40 or MYR 60 depending on baggage size for 24 hours
The gondola is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Please use a foldable wheelchair or stroller, as the operator requires the equipment to be folded on board for safety reasons

Genting SkyWay is a non-smoking attraction. Smoking of any product that produces smoke or vapour is strictly prohibited throughout the journey.
Pets are prohibited in and around the vicinity, including all stations and inside the gondola.
If the Genting SkyWay is closed for maintenance, service will be available at the Awana SkyWay, just a 15-minute drive away.
