Garden Museum Hiei

Adults are junior high school students and above, and children are elementary school students.

Wheelchairs are available for rent at the park. Wheelchair / Free※For details, please ask the staff at the Provence Gate or Rose Gate reception.

Audio guides are available within the park to help you better understand each facility and the works of Impressionist painters. Enter the number displayed at each facility or artwork and press start to enjoy the audio guide through earphones.└Rental fee: 300 yen per day

The museum will be closed due to typhoons or stormy weather, or the business hours and contents may be changed depending on various circumstances.

Please refrain from smoking outside the smoking areas in the museum.

Please refrain from collecting plants and insects from the museum.

Please do not enter the bushes or flower beds as it may cause injury or accidents.

Please ask for prior permission for photography, commercial activities, advertising, etc.

You can use the benches in the museum and an indoor free rest area. Please refrain from dining inside the café, on the terrace, in the flowerbeds, in the aisles, or picnicking with a picnic sheet.

There are slopes throughout the museum. Wheelchairs and strollers are also available for rent (the number is limited). There are only stairs at Komorebi Garden and Observation Tower.

It is not allowed in principle. However, if your pet is small, and you always keep it in a carry-on bag or hold it in your arms, you can enter the museum with it. We do not allow walking inside the museum. Please do not bring your pet into the café (including terrace seats) or shop. This policy does not apply to assistance dogs (guide, service, hearing dogs).

Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance
