Bike operates rain or shine unless severe weather poses a safety risk, and please note that refunds will not be issued.
Please maintain a safe distance of at least 20m to prevent collision with rail bikes in the front and back
Please refrain from unnecessary activities such as sudden stop, unauthorized disembarkation, and mischief with the person next to youBe careful not to get your hands or feet stuck in the rotating area of the chain or the wheel
No drinking or smoking while driving a rail bike
If the ticket is lost, boarding or refund is not allowed
In principle, infants under 36 months old are not allowed to board
It cannot exceed the capacity of 2 or 4 passengers

Tickets for next month will be open at the beginning of every month, so please be aware of them before ordering.
*** Check the available reservation time, select the boarding time, and select two backup times to increase the reservation success rate.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation number from the local agency. Please show this number to the staff on-site instead of the KLOOK booking reference number.
Travelers will be asked to sign a waiver of liability form for risks before going on the rail bike, guaranteeing full responsibility for their child. KLOOK will not be liable for any unexpected events or accidents that occur.
Children ages 3 and over must purchase a ticket. Please note that children under the age of 3 must not occupy a seat.
