Regarding prohibition of outside food and beverages
For hygiene and safety reasons, there will be a baggage check upon entry to the PayPay Dome, and outside food and beverages including bottles and cans are not allowed to bring in the stadium with exceptions of below items
For the purpose of preventing heat stroke and physical condition management, the following items will be allowed with restrictions. Plastic bottles/paper cartons→750mL or less, up to 1 bottle per person Water bottles/tumblers→ 2L or less. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed
Allergy-friendly food or baby food. Please inform the staff at the baggage check
Items that are wrapped and identifiable as souvenirs such as Hakata confections. Please note that eating them inside the stadium is strictly prohibited

People with following conditions are not allowed to enter the stadium
Those who have any physical symptoms including fever, sore throat, respiratory symptoms, fatigue, headache, gastrointestinal symptoms, abnormal taste or sense of smell, etc. within the past 48 hours (2 days)
Those who are positive covid patient and are in quarantine period
Please check the following precautions against infections of covid
The wearing of masks is at the discretion of the individual

Precaution for cheering:
The use of breakable balloons is prohibited for the purpose of preventing infectious diseases. Please do not use other types of balloons. Please do not put your mouth on balloons to inflate or deflate them in the stadium
The wearing of masks when cheering is at the discretion of the customer. The wearing of masks by employees is also at the discretion of the individual
Standing up to cheer is allowed only in Hawks Cheering Section Reserved Seats, Visitor Team Cheering Section Reserved Seats, Outfield Reserved Seats, and Outfield Non-reserved Seats. Please refrain from standing up to cheer during in-play (after the pitcher has entered the pitching motion) in all other seating areas
Please disinfect your hands before cheering with high-fives, handshakes, or any other form of contact
Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket
Ticket counter is open 3.5 hours before the game starts, until 1.5 hours after the game starts
Tickets cannot be exchanged outside of business hours. If they are not redeemed in time, tickets are non-refundable
