Each accompanying adult can bring one child for free.
Each accompanying adult can bring up to two infants for free.
However, infants from three individuals onward will be considered "children," and payment of the child fare for the ride will be required. Additionally, infants traveling alone (occupying a seat) also need to purchase a child ticket.

Infants: Under the age of 6.
Refunds cannot be obtained at Tenjin Bus Terminal, Hakata Bus Terminal, or Fukuoka Airport International Bus Terminal. To request a refund, please apply through the purchase completion screen on the website.
If you use the One Day Pass, you can get a discounted rate for luggage delivery from Fukuoka Airport International Terminal to your hotel.
