• Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late and without notice. It will be cancelled if you are more than 30 minutes late

• Massages are given in private rooms

• Body massages / Foot massages are given in rooms shared with 2 other customers

• Therapists will be assigned to each guest

• Make sure that your mobile phone is switched to silent mode and avoid using it while inside the spa

• Please be responsible for your personal belongings. Klook / the operator will not be held liable for any lost belongings during the trip

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment time
