• Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity

• Our helicopter seats are 40cm wide. All passengers and any gear will be weighed at check in. If you are 120kg or over, you will be required to book a comfort seat (the cost is half the RRP of your flight). Customers who prefer extra space can also book a Comfort Seat which gives you an empty seat next to you.

• Check-in is at the operator's office at 10 Main Road, Franz Josef. Please ensure everyone in the booking has checked in & is ready to fly 30minutes prior to departure time. Late check in will result in a full forfeit of seats and fares.

• If you wish to request a Front Seat Upgrade, please contact us at least 24hours in advance. This is free to request and if confirmed once all passengers have checked in for your flight payment would be due at check in.
