Eligibility

• Children aged 0-8 are NOT allowed to join this activity
• Participants must be aged 9+ to participate in this activity
• Family unit includes 2 adults (Aged 17+) and 2 children (Aged 9–16)
• If asked, you must be able to provide proof of your child's age, by a formal document such as a passport. ID must be available at check-in

• Minimum of 3 people are required (if you have less than 3 people in your group, the operator will extend every effort to put you on a trip with other people so your activity can proceed)

• Please note: During the peak season (Oct-May), the slots are quite limited. If you are traveling with companions, it is strongly recommended to make ONLY one reservation for your entire party
• Maximum guide to customer ratio is 1:11
• It is suggested to leave your bags and other valuable belongings (e.g. passport and wallet) at the operator’s office or inside your car
• During the peak season (Nov-Mar), please make reservations in advance; if you’d like to travel together, please do not place orders separately
• Please note that the availability, route and length of your scenic flight will be dependent on weather conditions on the day
• All the activities are not available on Christmas Day
• It is illegal to use drones in the area, so please leave yours in the car if you have one
• Selfie sticks are not allowed to use around or in the helicopter
