Additional information

• One ticket allows access to the entire museum for one person. Each person requires a ticket, and admission is limited to one entry per ticket.
• Dangerous items, umbrellas, and large luggage are prohibited; please check them if necessary. Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted inside the venue.
• Children (under 14 years old) and people with reduced mobility must be accompanied by an adult.
• Pet-friendly: Pets must be in a backpack or use the complimentary stroller provided
• Unauthorized commercial photography and flash photography are prohibited. For venue rental and guided tour inquiries, please contact staff.

Pet Guide

• We welcome pets and cordially invite you to use our pet-friendly facilities.
• Please ensure that your pet has completed all registration procedures, has been vaccinated against rabies, and does not belong to an aggressive or dangerous breed, with the exception of guide dogs/working dogs.
• Please take good care of your pet and ensure it does not harm others or other pets. If you bring a pet into the venue, please consider using a pet stroller, backpack, carrier, or carrying it; please use a leash if the pet is on the ground. Also, please note that extra-large dog breeds with a shoulder height of more than 40 centimeters are not allowed to enter the exhibition area and the 4th floor Lounge area.
• Let us work together to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the public space to ensure everyone's comfort. Please do not allow pets to climb on chairs and tables. If you need a blanket, feel free to ask the staff for assistance. And please clean up any pet waste promptly; cleaning supplies can be obtained from the staff.
• Thank you for your cooperation. If you do not comply with this guide, you will be responsible for any additional liabilities and costs incurred.
