Precautions for Boating

• Physical tickets are bearer valuable tickets. Please keep them properly after redemption. In case of loss, burning, damage, or expiration and invalidation, no reissuance or replacement will be provided.
• For safety considerations, in the event of dense fog, typhoons (when the Nantou County Government announces school and work closures), and other adverse weather conditions, the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area Administration will announce a flight ban.
• If the voyage is delayed due to force majeure factors such as weather, no refund or compensation may be claimed.
• Bicycles can be brought on board, with a cleaning fee of NT$100 per bicycle. However, due to different boat types, not all boats can carry them, so please inquire with staff in advance.
• In accordance with the regulations of the Sun Moon Lake boat fleet, the tickets have been adjusted to lake tour tickets (limited to one full circle of the lake, returning to the initial boarding pier) starting today. If you require multi-point boarding, you must purchase additional tickets according to on-site regulations. Please refer to the announcements at the vendor's site.
