If your clothing gets wet, the staff will ask you to change. For safety reasons, guests are not allowed entry into the next artwork with wet clothes. If you do not have a change of clothes, there are towels available to rent. Please wipe off your wet clothes before entering the next artwork

Please note that an area of the exhibit has a mirror surface. Your underwear may reflect on the mirror surface if you wear a skirt or wide-hemmed pants. It is highly recommended to wear pants during the experience

The facility is not liable for any participants' injury, loss, or other problems occurring inside the venue

Due to the facility's intricate layout, pets, including guide dogs, are prohibited from entering

Lockers for small luggage are available to use and free of charge. Lockers are 23 cm wide, 34 cm deep, and 37 cm high

Limited Admissions: teamLab Planets TOKYO will sell “pre-order” electronic tickets in 30-minute time slots with a specified date and time to ease visitor congestion. In addition, we are limiting the number of tickets available for each time slot and restricting admission to avoid overcrowding once we reopen
