• View the pricing details and purchase upon arrival. After your session, the remaining balance will be charged, as you only paid a deposit to reserve your spot
• Due to limited space, only registered guests may attend the class. Observers are welcome for a USD 20 fee, payable in-studio upon arrival. They must sit in the designated seating area by the entrance to ensure a smooth experience for everyone
• Each table accommodates 2 guests. For parties of 3, please be aware that you will be seated at different tables to ensure optimal space and comfort
• Two guests cannot share a project, each guest must be actively involved in their own individual project
• Groups of six or more will automatically incur an 18% gratuity, regardless of whether bookings were made separately
• Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a USD 20 no-show fee and will not be allowed entry
• Unattended deposits for absent party members can’t be combined or used later; they will be forfeited
• Accepting only contactless payments for safety
• Artwork Pick-up: Guests can collect their artwork seven days after the class. Pickup is available Wednesday to Sunday from 14:00 to 17:00, with no reservation required. Guests should enter the studio and check in with a team member. Note that Abstract Orlando has a 30-day hold policy, after which unclaimed artworks will be donated to charity
• Expedited Pickup: For quicker retrieval, artworks can be picked up 72 hours after class completion for a fee of USD 10 per artwork
• Local Delivery: A delivery rate of USD 10 per artwork for locals within 50 miles of Abstract Orlando, with a minimum of two artworks per address. For 24″x36″ canvases and 20” Teddies, the delivery fee is USD 15
• Shipping: For customers outside of Orlando, we provide flat-rate shipping across the United States. The cost is USD 20 per artwork, USD 30 for a 24″x36″ canvas or 20” Teddy. For shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska, the rate is USD 30 per artwork and USD 40 for a 24″x36″ canvas or 20” Teddy
