• Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity
• Riders aged 18 or below must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must present a valid ID for verification
• You must be over 107cm to bodyboard and over 122cm to perform a standup ride on the FlowRider
• You must be over 20 kg to participate in the surfing experience

Booking limitations

• Group size: 1-14 participant(s)
• Maximum 7 participant(s) per lane
• Double lane will be opened if there are more than 8 participant(s)

Additional information

• All riders must present a valid government ID in order to participate in any surfing session
• You must arrive at least 1 hour before your ride time
• All riders will sign an indemnity form before entering the FlowRider
• Towels are available for rent inside the facility
• Lockers are available for free for the first hour of your surfing session
• Please be mindful of your belongings while inside the surf park. FlowRider 1 Utama will not be responsible for any damaged or stolen personal belongings
• If you are bringing food and beverages inside the surf park. Please take note that you might be charged for cleaning fees
• Weekdays Admission tickets are not applicable on Public Holidays
• Weekends admission tickets are applicable on Weekends and Public Holidays
• Please note: Please call at least 2 hours in advance to book your preferred timeslot

Safety Reminders:

• The rider must be able to swim through the fast moving waters
• Riders should wear proper fitted water sports attire, board shorts, and basic t-shirt to join the activity
• Bikinis or casual wear such as jeans, nor any other outfit with buttons and zips are not allowed

Prohibitions & Limitations

• The activity is not recommended: high blood pressure / epilepsy / heart disease / asthma / other serious medical conditions / pregnant women / PWDs (persons with disabilities)
