• You must arrive at least 1 hour before your ride time
• All riders will sign an indemnity form before entering the FlowRider
• Towels are available for rent inside the facility
• Lockers are available for free for the first hour of your surfing session
• Please be mindful of your belongings while inside the surf park. FlowRider 1 Utama will not be responsible for any damaged or stolen personal belongings
• If you are bringing food and beverages inside the surf park. Please take note that you might be charged for cleaning fees
• Weekdays Admission tickets are not applicable on Public Holidays
• Weekends admission tickets are applicable on Weekends and Public Holidays

• Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity
• Riders aged 18 or below must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must present a valid ID for verification
• You must be over 107cm to bodyboard and over 122cm to perform a standup ride on the FlowRider
• You must be over 20 kg to participate in the surfing experience

• Double lane will be opened if there are more than 8 participant(s)
