Booking limitations

Zipline Access

  • Weight requirement: 90-275 lbs
  • Height: Minimum 4 ft
  • Riders aged under 17 must ride with a parent/guardian

Eligibility

  • Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
  • This activity has no age limit

Additional information

  • Please keep the environment clean
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas
  • Participants aged 16+ must present a valid government-issued photo ID
  • The shuttle bus service runs every 15–20 minutes

Skywalk

  • Walk the Skywalk glass bridge 4,000 feet above the canyon floor, enjoy multiple walks (Lockers available, selfie sticks/professional cameras not permitted)

  • $10 food voucher: Minimum spend of $20 (Redeemable at SkyView Restaurant, Skywalk Cafe, Guano Point Restaurant, or Gwe-Ma’joRestaurant)
  • $10 retail voucher: Minimum spend of $20 (Redeemable at Terminal Gift Shop, Skywalk Gift Shop, or Hwal’bay Trading Post, not valid with local vendor booths)
  • Your All-Access Pass includes entry to all experiences, but availability is first-come-first-served and not guaranteed. It may have limited capacity, or be subject to weather and operational conditions
