Participants aged 5-17 are considered children, based on their official ID

Participants aged 18 - 64 are considered adult, based on their official ID

Free onsite parking is included with your ticket, with staff directing you to the nearest available parking area upon arrival

Accessible parking is available near the Quail Cafe, while rideshare and taxi pick-up/drop-off are located in the same area; all parking lots close 30 minutes after Filoli's daily closing time

By purchasing a ticket, you agree that you may be photographed or filmed during your visit, and that your image may be used in Filoli’s promotional materials

Outside alcohol is prohibited, and picnicking is only permitted at the picnic benches near the main entrance

Large photography equipment, including standalone flashes, lights, and reflectors, is not permitted

Wedding photography is only allowed for couples with a Filoli wedding rental

Personal portrait photography is permitted, while commercial photography requires prior approval

Photography may be restricted if it impacts the safety, enjoyment, or preservation of the property

Drones, sports equipment, photography props, balloons, wagons, and rolling luggage or crates are not permitted at Filoli

Wagons and stroller wagons are not permitted; standard strollers and baby carriers are welcome

Due to Filoli’s historic structure, wheelchairs may need to traverse bricks, gravel, grass, and other uneven surfaces

Service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless the individual’s disability prevents using these devices or these devices interfere with the service animal's safe, effective performance of tasks

Please note that emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and should stay home during your visit

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
