Amendment policy

• Online ticket changes are not supported. If passengers need to change their tickets, please do so at the departure port terminal 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time indicated on the ticket. Each ticket change will incur a CNY20 fee, and any price difference resulting from the change must be paid.
• Rescheduling ferry tickets is limited to changes in travel date, departure time, and seat class. Changes to the departure port or arrival port are not permitted.
• Due to force majeure or the carrier's responsibility resulting in changes or cancellations to the sailing schedule, please contact customer service on the Klook platform within one month from the date of the announcement to process a full refund or free ticket change. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

HKD Ticket Refund and Change Policy

• Domestic terminals and agencies do not process refunds in Hong Kong Dollars. Passengers requiring a refund should visit the Hong Kong terminal ticket office or its agencies and follow the relevant refund policies announced through their official channels.
• For rescheduling, passengers must complete the ticket change procedures at the ticketing office 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time indicated on the ticket. A service fee of HKD 20 per ticket will be charged at Hong Kong terminals. For inland terminals, the fee will be charged based on the current HKD to RMB exchange rate.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Redemption information

• Present your mobile voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket at the Pier ticket office or ticket vending machine

• Passengers should arrive at the designated ferry terminal 1 hour prior to the date and departure time specified on their ticket. Passengers should follow the instructions of the terminal staff to complete departure procedures and board the ferry. Check-in closes 15 minutes before departure.

Purchase Notes:

• Passengers must board the vessel with a valid ticket, which is only valid for the date, route, and sailing indicated on the ticket. Expired tickets are invalid.
• Passengers who purchase or hold tickets sold by the carrier in accordance with this notice acknowledge that they have accepted all the provisions listed in this notice.
• Passengers with valid passports, travel documents, and visas may purchase tickets according to the requirements. Real-name registration is required for ticket purchase.
• Passengers who are denied disembarkation by local government inspectors upon arrival at the destination port and must be repatriated on the original vessel will be required to purchase a new ticket.
• Passengers must comply with the instructions given by carrier staff or agents at Hong Kong stations or on passenger ships.
• The carrier reserves the right to refuse carriage to any passenger who is intoxicated, suffering from an infectious disease, serious illness, mental disorder, or whose conduct is deemed inappropriate by the carrier.
• Passengers found traveling without a valid ticket will be charged double the full fare. Passengers traveling with an invalid or counterfeit ticket will be fined HKD 2,000, and the right to pursue legal liability is reserved. Passengers who have lost their tickets or have incomplete tickets, and children aged 1 to 5 without a child ticket, must purchase a new ticket. Children over 5 years old with only a child ticket must pay the difference for a full-fare ticket.
